Honestly don't understand how they have a 1.4 star rating, and why anyone would leave them any reviews over 1 star. These guys are actually scammers, that is the truth. They don't ship out orders, and the customer service is actually the worst I've ever dealt with. I did end up getting my money back, but not until after I filed a complaint with the BBB, and opened a fraud case with my bank. If you plan on trying to get a refund by contacting them directly, don't waste your time. It won't get you nowhere, as their customer service is completely useless. File a complaint with the BBB and/or your financial institution. You'll get it back eventually, don't worry. I wish I knew about this before ordering anything, because it would've saved me a lot of time. I genuinely wish that they go out of business, because a company like that should not exist. It's sad that they're "officially licensed", I just know that so many people fell for their scam that way. Please, just take my advice and stay away!
