If it were possible to leave 0 stars, I would. I purchased a vinyl record from Merchbar on 5/24/24. It is 1/23/25 as I write this review, and I have not received my order or even a response to the four emails I have sent them. Merchbar has consistenly shown that their customers do not matter to them. A wait of 8 months warrants at the very least a courtesy notification and explanation of the delay. A customer should never have to contact them for such an issue in the first place; the fact that they refuse to even acknowledge me is insulting and a display of appalling customer service. In short, be advised that your orders from Merchbar may or may not arrive, and they will repeatedly ignore you because they do not care about your customer experience at all.
