Back in December, when they had their deals, I tried to order a few vinyl records. The order would not process properly and I did not receive an email confirmation, yet the money was instantly taken from my account. I emailed their team for support, and they told me one of the items was unavailable and the order could not be processed with it still in my cart. I removed this item (actually bought for a cheaper price on Amazon) and was able to place my order. Got a confirmation and everything this time. The order was placed on December 14. It is now March 1, and the order is still processing. There is no update on when the items will ship. I reached out to the team, and they were not helpful at all. I'm starting to think this website is a scam. My recommendation: do not purchase anything from this store. Take your money somewhere else.
