Wish I had checked review websites before ordering. Clearly the rating of F on the Better Business Bureau is warranted. I placed an order at the beginning of January 2025. At the end of the month, when there was no product shipped, I requested a refund. I have sent and received multiple emails and no refund was ever provided. Just continued requests to give them time to process. It has been more than six weeks since my refund request. Do not use this site. I have selected one star because I cannot select no stars that I can tell.
