Order kept getting delayed. After 8 months, I had had enough and requested a refund. After 3 emails, I finally got a response and they said they could only give me store credit. Tried to use the store credit. Tried twice with 2 different credit cards and kept getting a message that they could not process the charges. Next day tried again and they were only giving me 15% off off my order instead of applying the total credit.-Emailed again x3 with no response. Terrible to deal with!
