I regret not reading these reviews before purchasing. I ordered a vinyl in December 2023, happy to wait up to 3 months as stated for it to be reprinted and then shipped. After 14 months with no update I contacted Merchbar and they ended up cancelling my order. I was told I would receive confirmation when my refund had been processed... but again heard nothing. After a few unanswered emails they have finally responded after 7 months to say that they couldn't process a refund to my card so have given me store credit. Obviously that is totally useless as I have seen no evidence to suggest they would fulfil any future orders and I will never be buying from them again!
