MGI has been responsive to any inquiries and products arrived in a timely fashion. Enjoyed the cart from day 1. Getting used to the speed control remote took a few tries-watch pressure and where your finger rests. This is a matter of brief practice. The cart handles walking well on a 7000-yard course with hills. I have used it in wet conditions and dry. No issues to date. Lighter golf bags may be harder to control for bumpy passages so the heavier cart bags seem to help stabilize the cart over bumps. Overall I'd recommend this cart for your review and consideration.
