From the electronic buggies I've seen on the course, MGI Golf buggies are by far the best on the market. The controls, how the buggy maneuvers and controls speed, the way it collapses for travel seems superior to other brands. I purchased the buggy from Costcos, which meant I received the buggy with separated front wheels giving it more stability.
