Seat - terrific.
Phone Holder- terrific.
Umbrella - I have not been able to test it in windy weather yet, bit I expect the vents are not adequate.
Rain Cover - plastic is too stiff; the whole thing is cumbersome and the loops are stiff and difficult. Cannot store in the golf bag so it has to be raining before you set out for the day.
