I really like my electric cart, but it did not come with a seat, so I ordered one from your website. When you click on the seat (in accessories), the seat photo does not show the horizontal mounting tubes, and the first photo I clicked on demonstrating the seat installed on a cart, shows it on a ZIP Navigator model, the model I purchased, (though it is impossible to see the horizontal mounting tube on that photo). On your webpage, the box titled "Caddy model" autopopulates "Ai series", but I never noticed that I had to change it because the series of photos I saw on that page made me think I had the correct seat. I suggest you change this website page and make it clear that the seats are different for the different models by changing the title "Caddy model" to "Choose model", and make it impossible to click "add to cart" until a model is chosen. I also suggest that you change the photos of the caddies with seats so they clearly show the different mounting tubes on the different models. I realize the error is mine, but my only defense is that I am 71 years old and not nearly as familiar with online ordering as younger generations. I was shocked to find out how much it cost to return the seat, so the combination of my return shipping, plus the cost of your shipping to receive the original seat plus the cost to ship the correct seat when it is in stock will nearly double the cost of the seat. I am very disappointed, but at my age, in the heat of summer, I definitely need the seat to permit me to walk and get the exercise. I do not want to have to resort to riding in carts.
