After nearly three years of use, the front wheeel assembly gave out. The trolley was still under warranty, but sending it back to MGI for this kind of fix made zero financial sense. Instead, I purchased a new one. Unfortunately, installation was no simple trick, so I took it to a golf cart dealer/repair shop who did it for me for $20. I'm very satisfied with the trolley after all my use of it, but the warranty situation leaves a lot to be desired. MGI really should arrange for local repair of items still under warranty. The technician who corresponded with me was helpful and responsive, but his (and my) options were extremely limited.
