Wonderful product and company to work with. I broke the gear when it ran into a curb and kept running when I wasn't paying attention. My fault not the product. Called MGI and the person told us to watch the video and we could easily repair it ourselves to save costs of shipping it in for service. Wonderful video made the replacement go smooth.
