IF YOU NEED TO RETURN AN ITEM DON’T SHIP IT BACK IF YOU CAN GET TO A STORE. Bought and returned two pairs of shoes at the end of June, as they are made small and I needed a larger size. So sorry I shipped them back and didn’t go to the outlet. They were processed in two different cities, one was fine the other still has not refunded me. Took two months to acknowledge the system refund had a glitch and didn’t process. Told me in September I was getting a cheque but that wasn’t my method of payment as stated in the refund rules. Now I’m told the cheque was requested in October and should take four weeks. Check Better Business Bureau complaints filed. Over 100 in 2021.
I’M INTO MY 5TH MONTH WAITING FOR MY REFUND.
