I purchased a purse that was on sale and apparently all sales final sale. I was assured the warranty would still cover it. Upon carrying this bag I noticed the outside pocket had a cut on it. I contacted customer service, sent pictures and a copy of the receipt. They said more or less that it isn’t their problem and I’m out of luck! I’m very disappointed and will not be spending any more of my money on their products. I do have several of their handbags! This is the last I will ever buy!!

0 stars would be more appropriate!!! Had to get the BBB involved to receive a refund that was within all company’s policies. DONT EVER PURCHASE ONLINE BE WARNED

I have been a loyal Michael Kors customer for years, but my recent experience with their customer service has been extremely disappointing. I purchased a jackt, and despite providing all the necessary details and photos, they refused to assist me in repairing or replacing the defective zipper simply because I no longer have the receipt. As a well-known luxury brand, I expected them to have better record-keeping and customer support. Instead, they placed the entire burden on me, making the warranty process impossible to complete. If you value after-sales service and long-term customer care, I would reconsider purchasing from this brand. I hope Michael Kors improves its policies and starts valuing loyal customers the way they should.

Terrible Customer Service! I placed an order, and the package got stuck at the post office. Eventually, the postal service lost it. I reached out to Michael Kors customer support, expecting some help, but got nothing. They told me to wait 30 days or more—is this a joke? How much longer exactly? And wait for what? I want either my order or my money back, not vague responses and endless waiting. This level of customer service is absolutely unacceptable. Do better, Michael Kors!

I've ordered the Michael Kors, Carlson women's leather penny loafer shoes, which are fabulous. The MK leather loafers are well made, high quality, and beautiful. The leather is of 100% true leather, soft, and looks very expensive. I have these loafers in black patent, cream, luggage, and gunmetal colors. They are the best shoes that I own, and very comfortable. I cannot say enough about this high quality penny loafer. These shoes are also timeless and will be a luxury staple. Once I wear out the soles, I will have them re-soled because these shoes get better with time. Thank you, Michael Kors, for making this lovely loafer, which I will wear for many years.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Michael Kors Canada, specifically in Edmonton, Alberta, regarding a smartwatch I purchased. From the beginning, we noticed the battery did not last very long. Eventually, it stopped charging altogether. While I understood it was out of warranty, I expected a simple battery replacement to be a straightforward process. Instead, it turned into a frustrating ordeal. I contacted every Michael Kors store in Edmonton, and each staff member provided different, often conflicting information. Some recommended repair shops that, upon contact, stated they do not handle smartwatch battery replacements. Some even suggested taking it to a cell phone repair shop – a completely inappropriate suggestion for a designer watch. I suggest that management address the clear lack of product knowledge among their staff, as the runaround I received was unacceptable. After countless phone calls to jewelry stores across the city, I discovered no one was willing to work on the watch. Finally, I contacted head office, which confirmed that battery replacements should be handled in-store. This was news to the Edmonton staff! Ultimately, I was forced to ship the watch to Texas, USA, for a five-week turnaround. This $500 watch has become a nightmare. The poor service, the conflicting information, and the inconvenience of international shipping (at an additional $30 cost to me) are simply unacceptable. I now face the uncertainty of potential repair charges from the US service center. Frankly, this "Made in China" watch is not worth the hassle or the money. I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing a Michael Kors smartwatch to think twice. My experience has been incredibly disappointing, and I would not recommend this brand based on their poor customer service and lack of support.

I ordered an item for Christmas, but it needed to be returned. MK arranged the return through a parcel service, but the item went missing. Despite organising the return themselves, MK blamed me for the loss and refused to issue a refund since they hadn’t received the item back. Their customer service was painfully slow to respond, and their website lacks any clear terms and conditions regarding lost returns. It’s also apparent they don’t have insurance in place for collections they arrange. I would strongly advise avoiding this company, especially for online purchases. Thankfully, I paid with AMEX, which covered me and refunded the money directly. As for the return, who knows what really happened—something seems suspicious.

Michael Kors verified via email they received my return on 12/12/24. I called on 12/20 asking for the status of my refund. She said it takes 7-10 business days. I called again 12/24 and was told it would be processed today, but there would be a 3-5 day lag before I saw it. Michael Kors is quick to charge the card but keeps both the goods and the funds when returns are made. I still have not received my refund for a pair of boots.

I went to Michael Kors to buy some purses.while waiting in line one couple was before me. The manager gave the couple Two bags because they had two items. Went it was my turn she stated that you can only have one bag. So I said very softly so no one can hear our conversation, you gave the white couple what they wanted, but when it came to me, you began to talk loud. and I had two items as well. She began to talk in a rude tone Because my statement was true. The Manager was very rude. We asked for the corporate number ,Because she need to be report. She need to be trained on customer and how to work with all race. of people.

Ordered an item on Friday with 2 day shipping. It’s Sunday and the order hasn’t even shipped. Called in to see what they could do. All they did was refund my 2 day shipping charge. When asked to speak to a manager, there were none available. You all would save a ton of money by firing your whole customer service team and just have an AI bot run it because that’s as about as useful as they are.

I was shocked to find out my perfectly good handbag with a broken zipper was no longer under warranty after 1 year. I was told to just get it repaired at a shoe repair shop . I went to several and got the same answer. Those zipper are terrible and they don’t replace them. And I needed to get Michael Korrs to do the repair….except Michael Korrs said they don’t do that beyond warranty and couldn’t refer me to anyone that does So….I ended up with a $400 handbag destined for the garbage. Buy from lululemon. They have a lifetime warranty on their bags. Hard to believe these people are still in business the way they present themselves in the world

This company return policy if awful. They are rude and no help. I've ordered several items from the company, and I am so disappointed and heartbroken. I will continue to send poor reviews until this matter is resolved.

I purchased seven(7)bags at the Palm Beach outlet to be delivered to my sister in Maryland for Thanksgiving. The cost of the bags were around $1,000. We exchange gifts at Thanksgiving rather than Christmas, as we are a mixed religion family. I purchased the bags on November 15th, ample time to ship them and receive them before Thanksgiving on November 28th. Michael Kors outlet shipped out two(2) boxes on the 15th of November. So far so good. The first box arrived on the 19th of November, but to the wrong address. I had my sister track down that box in her neighborhood by looking for the proof of delivery photo provided by UPS. My sister was able to retrieve that box. Box # 2 was now nowhere to be found. I went to the Michael Kors outlet where I purchased the bags from and while somewhat sympathetic the sales person and manager were not able to assist me and insisted that this was a UPS matter and I need to file a claim with them. I contacted UPS that day and they informed me that my claim was with Michael Kors and not with them. Michael Kors would have to file a claim with UPS to track down the missing box. I went back to the store the next day to resolve my lost box and was once again told this was a UPS issue. I explained that my issue was with Michael Kors and not UPS, there issue was with UPS! I asked for a regional manager to escalate this matter, but no name or number was given to me by the store manager. I pressed for a supervisor, but was not given a name or number in Michael Kors corporate to resolve this issue. I was still hopeful that a replacement box of bags could be sent to make Thanksgiving gifting a reality. This did not happen! In the missing box is four (4) bags with a value exceeding $600. This is not how a customer should be treated! Michael Kors ruined my family Thanksgiving holiday. This matter is still not resolved. Michael Kors is not a reputable company. A customer who spends close to $1,000 is treated like trash!

I purchased a lot of brands of boots, Michael Kors Harley Davidson UGG boots the problem that I had with this special pair of boots was the inside after a little after a year 18 months the insides of the boots just are falling apart. I have Harley Davidson boots older than these boots and they are still intact. I have UGG boots that deal with winner and if they’re intact. . And for what I pay for Michael Kors boots I think that they should withstand more than just falling apart in the inside. The whole inside is coming out whatever they line the boots with.
