I have spent lots and lots of money at this store and really enjoyed their product. One encounter with customer service can ruin that whole experience. I went to the store to get a warranty on my purse. I am disabled, I walked to the store which was painful, but not their fault. I got misinformation from customer service on what they needed. They told me to go back to the store and get a picture of what they needed. I said no, why don’t they just call and get the information they needed. They do not have the capability to make an outgoing call. Right? I asked to speak with a manager, to which I was asked a ton of questions why I wanted to speak with a manager. After quite some time I was able to speak with a manager who told me get a picture of the screen from the store sent to me and then he would take care of my problem, if I sent he the receipt the pictures of the defects, a video of the purse. A picture of the little black tag inside. Then he would make it good. When I sent him all this stuff. It was no longer good, I was not able to speak to him or any other manager. Stay away ladies!!!!! Stay far Away!!!! There are other purses to be had, People who have the decency to stand behind their product. People who are kind, who treat you with respect. I would hate to think they treat people with disabilities any less kind. Being a senior and not the most able with a computer do to all the things he was asking of me. I asked for help from my Grandkids when I got home. It made me very anxious. I had to send many times.
TAKE IT FROM AN ELDERY, DISABlLED ,WOMAN STAY AWAY BUY ANOTHER PURSE. It is not worth the aggravation!!!!!
