BUYER BEWARE: Bought a tow bar which arrived promptly. Then it was all downhill from there. Two separate mechanics showed me how the parts were incompatible with my car. Micks garage would not except this as their computer told them it was the correct item. Yes I received the item I ordered (which was Kieran from Micks garage argument) but the part itself was not fit for purpose, the plates are two wide for the chassis. However Kieran and Ryan were unable to understand that fact and kept repeating that I’d received the ordered item. “Computer says no” although in real-life the tow bar would not fit my car and was useless to me. As of right now customer service at micks garage cannot fathom how they are responsible for selling me a useless tow bar. After a solid week of emails and frustration this means I am down the cost of the tow bar, the garage, my time and the cost of returning the items. €36 photographed and recorded because I just don’t trust them at this point.
