Order no.1535649.Ridiculous!!!!!!! This is probably the worst customer service in the whole world.A male from a customer service refused to proceed a refund for incorrect item been sent where he breached a rules of sale.Than 7 times he hanged the phone down when i’ve tried to contact him and it cost me £12 of phone bill.After he answered the phone he attacked me over the phone and accused me for the things i haven’t done.In my opion this male who refused to provide his name is a serious offender against customers and should be dismissed ASAP if the company MICKSGARAGE really care of their reputation.The name of the rudest person i’ve ever met is NICHOLAS RUSELL and would advise to avoid that company as if you face any problems with your order than there is a possibility that you become a next victim of that horrible person.
