I booked a table for 4 adults and 1 child for Christmas day as i wanted it be to a special experience and i have always have good experiences in the past but unfortunately this wasn't the case on Christmas day. It took the waiter 4 attempts to get 2 drinks correct and i only ordered gin and tonic and a soda water and lime. Then waited an hour between starters and main meals and 3 of us ordered the Turkey dinner and it was processed Turkey and not slices of fresh Turkey. We then asked for more drinks to another waitress and these do not come. It was very disappointing . We then went straight to Gatwick as we were going away which is why i have not written earlier. This is not the service I would expect for a premium price.
