“Service by Alex was great shame about the steaks. Last time we went our meals were excellent. This time my wife had scallops very good l had prawn cocktail very good, we both had 9 ounce Rum steak one cooked medium the other was cooked medium well done both steaks were tough grisly and very chewy did not receive lettuce and dressing, steaks were of a poor standard not like we had on our previous visit”

Had Ribeye steak and was drowned in oil so much so it ruined it !! Then you get the bill and think really 🤔 definitely not worth what I paid!!!”

The 3 of us had steaks, lobster, scallaps and their dirty burger between us, all of which were utterly gorgeous! We savoured and enjoyed every mouthful, and our compliments went to the chefs! “I booked a table for 4 adults and 1 child for Christmas day as i wanted it be to a special experience and i have always have good experiences in the past but unfortunately this wasn't the case on Christmas day. It took the waiter 4 attempts to get 2 drinks correct and i only ordered gin and tonic and a soda water and lime. Then waited an hour between starters and main meals and 3 of us ordered the Turkey dinner and it was processed Turkey and not slices of fresh Turkey. We then asked for more drinks to another waitress and these do not come. It was very disappointing . We then went straight to Gatwick as we were going away which is why i have not written earlier. This is not the service I would expect for a premium price.”

I recently traveled all the way from London for a family member's 70th birthday celebration, only to arrive and find the restaurant completely closed without any warning. I wasted £160 on travel just to be stood up by this disgraceful excuse of a business.
Not only did they ruin a milestone birthday, but they couldn’t even be bothered to notify us that they’d be closed. It’s absolutely unacceptable, and I wouldn’t trust them with any special occasion—or any occasion at all, for that matter.
Save your money, time, and sanity by steering clear of this place. They clearly don’t care about their customers.”
“Tonight we went for an anniversary meal. As always the food and service was absolutely first class but unfortunately because we were right at the back of the building and next to a very noisy table we were unable to have a conversation which spoilt the occasion.”

“Arrived at 6pm waited 25 mins for someone to ask what drinks we wanted even though we had twice been to the bar to ask if we could order the 3 bar staff were just laughing and messing around the waitress that served us was lovely and apologised for the wait she had just started her shift and after all the waiting the steak was tough with a lot of gristle won't be going again”
