Terrible service .... ordered 28th of August told the order was working through the warehouse on the 30th of august ... chased up several times on automated chat and just told 5-7 days finally got through after phoning twice a week to be told order has been lost but since it’s been 30 days since the order I do not qualify for a refund .... absolutely disgusting the phone operator didn’t seem bother just kept repeating it’s been 30 days .... asked to speak to a manager but told I can’t as they are working from home .... ridiculous ....£55 pound down
