Ordered a Christmas present weeks ago. They left it until the last minute to cancel and give me a refund stating no stock available. Stock was available online apparently and in my local stores of Millets and Go Outdoors (All owned by JD anyway). I was told to reorder and I would be reimbursed with the difference of what I paid when on discount. I received the discount difference but my order was cancelled yesterday. This is far too last minute. I purposefully ordered online due to COVID trying to do the right thing, but now it’s too late to get my son the boots he wanted for Christmas. Really disappointed and suggest people do not deal with these companies online if you want something of importance. You have to go in person to the shop.
