I don't normally write negative reviews but the Millets online service deserves a negative review.
I placed an order on November 26th and I still haven't received my order, even though Millet's have taken the money. I have spoken to Customer services at least 7 times and apart from being polite and saying they can't do anything and sorry, it is a waste of time. The online service is a complete contrast from the good service I get in the Newton Abbot store. I know we are in strange times but other online services such as Wiggle have got my orders out efficiently. I do not intend to use Millet's online service again. service again.
