Poor after sales. They just want your money.
Poor service and no sign of my refund for faulty goods.
I ordered a £30 rain cover for a child carrier for delivery. The item that arrived had clearly been previously opened. The item was damaged so I arranged for a return and refund. The first postage label they sent was not accepted by the courier company. I complained and received another returns label. This one was accepted and returned to Millets. I contacted Millets customer care team to enquire after my refund. I was told it takes 14 days for a refund. It has now been over 21 days with no sign of a refund. Every time I email them I get asked for to provide them some form of proof. 1st it was order number and delivery address, this was in the text of my original email. Then proof of postage. They sent me the label. I have provided this and proof of postage. I was sent a link to provide feedback but when I tried to leave feed back it would not allow me to saying ‘ticket closed’.
I am still waiting for my money back on an item that was damaged and clearly not new. All I am getting is reply’s is asking for more information. At least they are replying now I suppose.
