Ordered hundreds of pounds of camping gear took all items back to the shop to return as no longer needed. Staff put through items via til, said it would be fine and the refund would be cleared in about 10 days . A month later still no refund via klarna > milletts, apparently there’s no evidence on their system proving I have returned my camping gear, and shock there’s no CCTV in the shop to prove I returned my items either, won’t order from millets again shocking. Lost my receipt also, staff never offered receipt to be emailed which I could of used for my return proof. I had to contact millets several times so unorganised.
