Shocking customer services!! Will not order from this company again!
Ordered a pair of The North Face Shorts as a birthday present. Due to picking error at their warehouse (picked large instead if medium) I had to pay for parking, petrol and time for shop to announce they could not order replacement although they are part of the group they could not order from Millets for correct item to be sent! WHY??? Although the guys from the Lancaster branch of Ultimate Outdoors were amazing and went the extra mile, unfortunately being part of the group did not do them justice in
resolving the small error of the picking problem. Why could they not reorder the correct size and have correct size resent?? You would think a huge company like this would resolve a small error (NOT MY FAULT, I MIGHT ADD!) and sort out and send the correct item. Not to be the case...I would have to reorder and pay the extra cost of shipping!! Not happy!! Really thought you were a reputable company obviously I was wrong!! unhappy customer who will not use you again!! I AWAIT MY REFUND!!
