Purchased items on line, arrived all to small. Took them physically to a millets store and got a return slip for the 3 items on 30/09/21. Now 13/11/21 still awaiting full refund. Numerous calls to millets shop manager and millets cust services. They listen but do not hear. They say they will action but dont. My advise is DO NOT PURCHASE ONLINE FROM MILLETS, GO TO A MILLETS SHOP, at least then you can take it back to the shop and get an immediate refund. Total waste of time trying to talk to these people you have more chance of teaching your cat to handstand than get any sense from these people.
