Returned goods to store. Got till receipt, and email to say goods returned. 2 weeks later, no refund. Millets denied goods returned. Say they can’t access system in store to check. Awful customer service. DO NOT use Millets. I have asked the operation’s director contact me. Seeing other reports on here, it is a clear systems breakdown. Millets must know there is a problem, but are oblivious to it.
