Shocking (lack of) customer service and now they have disabled their customerservice email so it is near impossible to contact them.
I placed an order and paid for next day deliver. It arrived too late and after I had ordered from another outlet.
I returned the packet unopened and got confirmation from the delivery company that Millets had received my return. After that I had no contact from Millets.
After repeated attempts and using their (useless) online tool I was finally able to get through only to get a reply saying they did not know why my return had not been processed and hoped to process it soon.
No apology, no attempt to compensate in any way and, most concerning, no explanation as to why a refund had not been processed / the customer had to chase for a refund in circumstances where it should be automatic.
I have been a long time customer but will no longer be shopping at Millets. I would rather buy from a retialer which has a way of being contacted as opposed to 'no reply' addresses.
