The wrong size of jacket was sent and I needed a return label where I would not be charged….. that took me a few days trying to get a response from somebody. I was asked to send a photo if the jacket and label which I did but had no response. I tried so many times on he phone number where you are unable to talk to anybody and I sent another request for assistance but no response I finally tried to contact the head office but unable to phone them, contacted a store close to the HO but they told me they were not allowed to give out the number so I asked if they would kindly contact the HO with my details and asked if they would call me. The store manger seemed to be sympathetic and said she would do get best and would call be later that day or the next but sadly this did not happen. Absolutely shocking service from Millets (online) I will never use them again and will not recommend to any of my friends and family m. Poor show 🙁
