Item not delivered despite an email telling me it had. I emailed Millets customer service asking where the rucksack was and had an email from their "Customer Service" department promising they would get back to me within 24 hours. They did not and never have.
I spent the next day knocking on neighbours doors asking if my parcel had been delivered there by mistake but without success. Eventually, on the following day, a lady who lived several streets away drove over with my parcel, which was very nice of her.
You could argue that it was the carriers fault but Millets should have tried to sort it out and not ignore the problem. Their so called customer services are just not interested in their customers. Needless to say I will never use Millets again and would never recommend them. I am pretty sure that they never read these reviews so I doubt if their attitude will change.
