I have place the order on 27/07/2017, I pay for it. However, since then I have trying to co contact your company by phone and email.
On 4/08/2017 I have advised that the order is still not shipped, and your colleague has made reorder with next day delivery.
Finally on 10/08/2017 I get hold of someone over the phone and the order was still not shipped, so I cancel the order.
If I have to rate your company I will give you INADEQUATE.
It simply unacceptable the way you do business and your company should be reported to training standards.
