Ordered goods online and had updates to say the order was being processed and then every morning I would get a text to say there had been a delay.
I then had an email to say it had been dispatched, week and half later order still hasnt arrived.
Tried to track order, no joy and tried online chat with 'Becky' which is clearly automated again no joy.
Looked for phone number to call but as agents are working from home you cant call!
So following reading review on here I have filled in the customer service form asking for update, I'm not holding my breath!
