While the six-month limitation on the customer hold is reasonable, I'm not a fan when something isn't in stock, and get nervous when the packing slip and contents of a box (when it's part of several boxes shipped) isn't on the slip. Still, I love the sales and customer hold, and remain a sastified customer. The only other OLGS I patronize is Amazon (and KS). Thanks!
