I am a big fan of Mint Velvet, both products and company. Recently had several orders for knitwear. all delivered promptly, beautifully packaged, and great communications and updates. Sadly as I've learnt with MV their sizing is not always right so ordered two sizes in a couple of things. I'd usually be a L size but kept a M in one choice as the L was too big. Great knitwear though lovely quality and I kept all three orders only returning the two other sizes. Returns easy to do, processed and posted back and I've already received the first refund yesterday. Online shopping experience at its best - you can always buy with confidence. Thank you MV
