They ship through DpD. DpD delivered to the wrong address. I cannot go get it due to having to shield being high risk for COVID and only allowed to leave my home for medical appointments. They refunded my shipping and informed me that they will not start an investigation against the driver as DpD informed them I have an account that authorizes neighbor delivery. I do NOT. Now I am out £49.95 and have no package. Mint Velvet is unwilling to help. They have stolen £49.95 from me and they are the only ones that can start an investigation with DpD. I will NEVER order from these scam artists again.
