Availability was a bit of an issue as they were not able to carry out the survey within 2 weeks. The survey itself was not very detailed and I specifically ask for a valuation but there was no figure given, it merely said that the property was reasonable value which is not very helpful.
On the plus side Miras were prompt with communications and all the arrangements went smoothly.
