Booked with them to to get a RICS valuation for Help to buy redemption. It was recommended by one of our neighbours. Easy communication over the email. They are very quick with and booking the survey. They are flexible with dates too; had booked it on Sun, which was great for us. The survey report comes back in 3-5 working days. Had a two small error in the report, they adjusted it in 30 min and sent the report back. Very happy with their service. The surveyor was also very polite and patient with me when I did not hear the intercom, and neither my phone. Definitely recommend their service.
