Avoid these people like the plague. I used Mirus surveyors for a shared ownership valuation for a resale. They valued my property significantly lower than other similar properties in the building had recently sold for. I politely asked them to reconsider and provided evidence. They responded very rudely and unprofessionally and refused to reconsider despite clear evidence they were wrong and the fact they had used some very different properties as comparators.
