I really couldn't fault Mirus Surveyors. It only took 9 working days from my initial online enquiry to receiving our RICS Help to Buy valuation. Given that they were easily the most reasonably priced surveyors offering this service (of the three quotes I gained) I was somewhat sceptical at first. Needless to say I was pleasantly surprised! All emails were answered quickly by Mia and our surveyor was booked in within a day of enquiring and the report was received within a week of their visit (which was exactly the timeframe they gave). Overall, really happy with the service we received and we will definitely be recommending them to others needing the same report.
