Working with Mirus was an absolute pleasure. Our valuation was scheduled and completed within a week, which was super helpful for our process. Neil visited us early on a Sunday morning, navigating through a nearby half marathon (which I hadn't realised was happening—sorry again, Neil!). Despite road closures and crowds he still made it to our apartment, conducted the survey, and had the report back to us within two days. I would highly recommend Mirus and will definitely use their services again should the need arise.
