Mirus put forward 'Gavaghan Jones' LLP as our surveyors based in the Isle of Wight, due to our proposed house purchase being on the South Coast not far from Bognor Regis. Laurie Gavaghan met us there and we discussed some of our concerns along with his findings. His report was very detailed and included a lot of photographs. He identified a few issues with the property, though we decided to proceed. However, for various reasons we became concerned and asked Laurie for an opinion on what appeared to be new areas of concern which were not visible at the time of his or our visit. After listening to his advice, we decided to withdraw our offer. We have since found another property and have used Laurie to carry out that survey also. Very pleased with his help.
