Mirus Surveyors we very responsive and professional. I bought a very old house and no one likes hearing the truth but it's better to hear every negative point, the more the better in my opinion otherwise what is the point? The surveyor had a quite word with me and advised me not to buy the house, exactly what I wanted!! As we were looking for something to knock down and rebuild, I hadn't told him that though. It was good enough to live in while we get planning permission and I managed to knock off £10,000 off the price after the survey. 6 months later I asked for the report to be emailed for the architect and it was sent immediately. Very good company, throughly recommended.
