The surveyor allocated sent details of what his work entailed, that he'd be reporting back both verbally and written as well as copying the report to the solicitors free of cost. The cost to surveying and preparing the surveyor's report and valuation was very reasonable. A date was agreed, the contact number given for the surveyor to access the property and a cheque sent off. The whole process was stress-free and the surveyor lived up to his promises, providing professional feedback both verbal and written.
