We felt that the surveyor did not do a very good job. The report was lacking a lot of the things we would expect to see and a builder that went round two days later picked up on a number of things that were not mentioned in the report.
He also gave his personal opinion on the property on a few occasions rather than a professional opinion. We would not use him again
