Just received our Misfits package. All of the gel cold packs were melted and leaked out. The produce was saturated with the liquid gel and some of the liquid even ended up on our floor.
They have no phone or any way to contact them. I don't know how safe the produce is to eat now, so we'll have to throw it out.
We just threw out $45. Wonderful.
What a crappy company.
