Buyer beware!!!! I signed up for the subscription service through Misfit Market, but ultimately decided to pursue a different mailing service. I cancelled my upcoming order and did not add any items to my cart for future orders. One night, I get a notification from MM that they have ‘received my order’ and I get a charge on my card for items I did not order. When reviewing my emails, I notice that they have filled my cart for me and placed the order. I am dumbfounded that MM thinks this is an acceptable business model - to fill customer’s baskets and charge them without their consent, and that it is the consumer’s responsibility to intervene within a certain number of days to stop it. When I look at my basket, many of these items I am unable to eat, as for my dietary restrictions. This is a twisted way of doing business!!!
