A third of the items in my order were rotten upon arrival. Another third were rotten the next day. When I cancellled my subscription online, there was a list of reasons for cancelling that I just needed to check one. Since they have such a long list of reasons, they are clearly aware that rotten produce is an issue because it was first on the list.
Two days after cancelling, they sent an email asking me to refer my friends! At no point did customer service reach out to try to make things right. Never again.
