Got a screen protector film for S21 Ultra front screen. Saw scratches and marks just a couple of days after first installation. Customer service was good and they replaced it for me for free because I bought it just few days back. Unfortunately same happened with the second installation just after couple of days. S21 Ultra is known for it beautiful screen but unfortunately this protective film absolutely spoils the look of it with its scratches and marks. Would have given it 1 star but giving it 2 stars because they did replace it for free once.
