Awful product and terrible service. The life time guarantee is worthless. IPhone cover started peeling after three weeks and when we went back to the stand, Junaid in Touchwood was happy to confirm that it was defective and he would replace it…..at a cost of £12…… so how is this a lifetime guarantee when it is only guaranteed for 14days. Why would anyone pay a premium for something that only lasts for 3 weeks I can easily just buy a £10 cover that will, in my experience last at least 1yr. When we asked for a telephone number to speak with someone we were repeatedly pointed to the email address on the guarantee form. I have to say, we were met with a well rehearsed script so I can surmise by this experience and all of the negative reviews, that this is a common issue. My advice is to read the reviews and the very very small print and then make up your own mind.
