I went yesterday (3 Nov 2021) to the same shop (360 @ MGM in Muscat, Oman) to replace the front clear protector who was changed however at the bottom right side left a minor detail and later on the same day the start/stop button deactivated. I looked to other phone dealer last night and the technican fixed the button for OMR 5.000 This morning I went again to buy a new bumper protector under the "Liftime Replacement" agreement; however this was no honer because I didn't bring the 'old one' that I discarded because was broken.
